SVS Registration Form
To formally register your child at Sutton Valence School, please complete the registration form below. You can add more than one child to the same form. Please note if you wish to register a child for the Preparatory School, you will need to complete a separate form.
When submitting this form, you will be expected to provide:
- a copy of your child’s passport or birth certificate
- your child’s latest school report (if available)
- a copy of your child’s SEN report (if applicable).
SVS Registration Fee Payment
The registration fee is £100 and is non-refundable; this is to be paid at the time of submitting this form, by credit or debit card.
Once you have submitted the registration form and paid the registration fee, you will receive communication from our Admissions team to confirm that we have received your application. Your child’s place will only be confirmed once you have received an Acceptance Form officially offering you a place at the School.
