X or Y?

This week, Year 6 have been looking at equations for lines, using the x and y-axes.  Once they had identified a line’s equation, they then extended themselves by plotting points to create a 2D shape and reflected it in their line.  The next step in their learning will be to consider equations for straight-line graphs, including diagonal lines that cut through both the x and the y-axes.
