As the concerns for so-called video game addiction increase, China, which is the second-largest gaming market in the world, has imposed a curfew.  Gamers under 18 will be banned from playing online between 10.00pm and 08.00am and will be limited to 90 minutes of gaming on weekdays.  At weekends and in holidays there will be a restriction of three hours play.

In regards to wellbeing, this is a really good conversation to have with your child so that they can openly discuss their habits, the amount of time they spend online and whether they feel time online affects them socially or academically.
