An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. Last Friday, Reception had a wonderful time in Forest School. What a surprise to arrive and find that Mrs Langridge had already got a fire going! The children were interested to watch her whittle a stick to a sharp point, it was all so exciting! They each toasted a marshmallow on the long stick and when they were ready, the marshmallows were squashed between two biscuits. What a yummy snack! The children also had the chance to check out the latest, very large, badger hole.
