We are delighted to announce another year of exceptional A-Level results for our departing Upper Sixth students. This year’s cohort has demonstrated remarkable academic success, with 97% of students securing places at their first or second-choice universities. Notably, 63% of the grades awarded were between A* and B, reflecting the high standards of achievement within the school.

Headmaster James Thomas applauded the students, saying:

“We are all hugely pleased with the results for the 2025 leavers. They have been a fantastic group of young people, and we have every confidence in their bright futures.

There are many top grades, which have enabled our students to gain admission to leading universities and pursue other exciting paths. However, what makes these results truly outstanding for us once more is the significant ‘Value Added’ component, which highlights the remarkable progress our students have made during their time at Sutton Valence School.

I would also like to highlight the exceptional guidance of our brilliant teaching staff, and the unwavering support from the students’ families and the wider school community.”

The atmosphere at Sutton Valence School this morning was one of joy and celebration, as the majority of students arrived in person to collect their results.
