Year 6 had an unforgettable week in France, filled with sunshine, sightseeing and hands-on activities.
After a long journey, pupils settled into their rooms and quickly embraced the daily adventures. Activities included bread making, orienteering, canoeing and a French sports evening. A visit to a lively Normandy market was a favourite, with lots of people buying treats and souvenirs. The group also explored Mont Saint Michel, which they reported as feeling magical.
The trip ended with a visit to Bayeux Cathedral and the famous tapestry before heading home with plenty of memories.
