An annual end of term tradition, this year’s whole School Baton Race was won by Holdgate for Seniors, Founder’s for Inters and Lambe’s for the Juniors. A new family has joined SVPS in the form of the Collibots; a recycled family that has been created by Sophie D and Oliver M in 4S. Their inspiration for the unique family came from a wooden fork (thank you School dinners), a bead, a broken pencil, a pencil sharpening (what a great idea for hair) and a piece of paper (now a baby’s diaper).
These recycled materials, along with some natural touches and the imaginative combined Design Technology and Art skills of Sophie and Oliver, are housed in a very well-constructed and comfortable home for mum, dad and baby Collibot.
