“Hello, I’m Lydia, the Head Girl for Summer term. Each week either Tom (Head Boy) or I will be writing a little something about what we’ve been doing and sharing any top tips for alleviating boredom.

Over the holidays I have been doing a wide range of things including walks with my family and my dog Ralph, bread making, music practice and drawing.

My favourite thing to do so far was learning how to sew.

We found a tutorial video on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wc3ZaokODrs) and followed the simple instructions.

If you haven’t got any fabric lying around you could try making a cushion out of old clothes.  Jeans, in particular, make a fun cushion.
