Our children have had a busy, successful week out on the sports fields this week. Our Rugby season has now kicked off and our girls won their Hockey tournament!

Rugby 

Year 5 and 6 had their first Rugby fixtures this week at the Marlborough House Rugby Festival. Playing alongside Marlborough House, Claremont School, Ashford Prep School and Dulwich Prep, Cranbrook, our U11A and U10A won all their matches; a super start to the season!

Year 3 and 4 also kicked off their Rugby season on Thursday, with great performances from both teams; the smile on their faces shows how much they enjoyed their first fixture!

Hockey Tournament

Congratulations to the U9A Hockey team on their tournament win at Junior King’s School yesterday! They had a super afternoon and were unbeaten in all of their games!

They played with determination, skill and amazing teamwork resulting in three wins against Ashford Prep School, Spring Grove School and Junior King’s School and drew against Kent College Canterbury, resulting in the girls being declared the winners of the tournament. The girls impressed both Mrs Allison and Mrs Jacobs with their level of skills and fantastic goal-scoring abilities. With a total of seven goals and only conceding one, it was a wonderful afternoon of Hockey, a thoroughly deserved win – well done, girls!
