I hope you have had a lovely Half Term. I’ve really enjoyed relaxing in the sun. Over Half Term I’ve made some delicious fruit lollies. How about giving them a try? They are perfect for a hot day and healthy too!
You will need: 360g of mixed fruit, 8 tablespoons of coconut milk and 4 tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey).
Whizz together in a blender then sieve and put into lolly moulds or small pots and freeze.
