To mark British Science Week, we were delighted to welcome Dr Gareth Francis to school today for a series of hands‑on workshops.

In Pre-Prep, pupils explored fossils and investigated forces using magnets, compasses and the leaf blower. In Prep, Dr Francis expanded on the topic of forces, including exciting demonstrations with vinegar‑powered rockets to show how different forces work in action. The children loved the experiments and were fascinated by the demonstrations!
