Book a Collection Slot

Please complete the following form to select a time to collect your child’s Easy4U device. On the day, we will need your son or daughter to be with you and for you to have downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator app onto either your phone or your child’s please. The whole process will take around 15 minutes.
