Registration Form
To formally register your child(ren) at Sutton Valence Preparatory School, please complete the registration form below. You can add more than one child to the same form. Please note that if you wish to register a child for the Senior School, you will need to complete a separate form.
When submitting this form, you will be expected to provide:
- a copy of your child’s passport or birth certificate
- your child’s latest school report (if available)
- a copy of your child’s SEN report (if applicable).
Registration Fee Payment
The registration fee is £50 and is non-refundable; this is to be paid at the time of submitting this form, by credit or debit card.
Once you have submitted the registration form and paid the registration fee, you will receive an email from our Admissions team to confirm that we have received your application. Your child’s place will only be confirmed once you have received an Acceptance Form officially offering you a place at Sutton Valence Preparatory School.
