Creative and Performing Arts

Creativity thrives in the Sixth Form, where pupils are encouraged to pursue their interests, develop their talents and contribute to a vibrant cultural community. Alongside academic study, opportunities in Music, Drama, Art, Design Technology and Photography enable pupils to express themselves, collaborate with others and build confidence through performance, creation and leadership.

Music

Music is a lively and valued part of Sixth Form life. Pupils can participate in concerts, ensembles and Chapel Choir, develop their performance skills and share their talents with the wider school community. Regular performances and events provide opportunities for musicians of all abilities to perform and grow in confidence.
Pupils rehearse, create and exhibit across Drama, Music, Art, DT and Photography. Professional-standard spaces and regular productions, concerts, trips and exhibitions give pupils real scope to develop their creative practice.

Drama

Drama offers pupils the chance to perform, create and collaborate through a range of productions and workshops. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, pupils develop communication, teamwork and leadership skills while gaining experience in a professional and supportive environment.

Creative Arts

Art, Photography and Design Technology provide opportunities for pupils to explore their creativity, refine their technical skills and produce ambitious work. Exhibitions, trips and workshops with visiting professionals encourage pupils to broaden their perspectives and showcase their achievements.
